I am also skilled at developing sites for Wordpress, Shopfiy, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) and Squarespace.
I didn't know it back then, but my obsession with updating my Myspace layout was my early forlay into learning about HTML and CSS. Automatic audio, fancy fonts, and starry backgrounds were the norm for me.
In 2011, I launched the first version of my now popular online magazine under a different name. I didn't know how to code at the time, so I messed around on Wordpress until I got tired of "pre-sets" and "defaults" and wanted to explore web design for myself.
After re-branding my online magazine, purchasing hosting, and teaching myself how to code through tons of online tutorials (thank you W3 Classes!), I began freelancing and scored my first web design client, a small business that sold guitar strings. I also worked at a TV Station as a web producer during the day and learned about Drupal.
After years of freelancing, tweaking my magazine's web layout and working professionally in marketing, I decided it was time to devote myself full-time to my first love: building websites. I enrolled in an intensive coding bootcamp and enhanced my coding skills to become a full-stack developer.
